Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and handle trademark, patent, industrial design and copyright filling and registration for Malaysia and oversea.
- Responsible for legal matters including drafting preparing of legal agreements, court cause paper, litigation and company secretary works.
- Plan and coordinate intellectual property enforcement, technology licensing and commercialization.
- Conduct intellectual property management and seminar.
- Coordinate or compile intellectual property news letters and articles.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Law or equivalents.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in intellectual property registration and enforcement.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and process a high level of responsibility and commitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Lawyer with practicing certificate is encouraged to apply.
