- Preferably a college graduate
- Preferably between 21 to 35 years old
- With at least 1 year working experience in recruiting applicants for local or overseas employment
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, documentation and processing of applicants is a must
- Must be willing to do fieldwork when necessary
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Fluent in spoken and written English
